First produced in the 1970s at the height of the Pez Pal era, this dispenser is the natural complement to the Doctor. There is a slight variation in the style of her hat, one being a solid white the other being a lighter more translucent shade. This is one of the few dispensers to be made in both Brazil and Spain.
In the early 2000s a completely redesigned Nurse was released as part of the Emergency Heroes set.
