K-9 a.k.a "Digger the Dog," Police Dog or Rescue Dog was initially released as part of the Emergency Heroes set. This set commemorates the heroes of the 9/11 attacks, which included rescue dogs.

- Crystal versions: A set of five crystal versions (Blue, Orange, Green, Yellow and Red) of this dispenser were made. Silvia Biermeyer had 310 sets made, out of which 10 were kept by Pezco, and 150 were sold as a fund-raiser for the Humane Society.
