K-9 (a.k.a "Digger the Dog," Police Dog, or Rescue Dog) was initially released as part of the Emergency Heroes set. This set commemorates the first responders of the 9/11 attacks, which included rescue dogs.

- Crystal version: A set of five crystal K-9 dispensers (Blue, Orange, Green, Yellow, and Red) were produced. Silvia Biermeyer had 310 sets made, 10 of which were kept by PEZ, and 150 were sold as a fund-raiser for the Humane Society.
