Sister Mimi is a character in the Hello Kitty series of dispensers.

Mimi (or Mimmy) is Hello Kitty's twin sister, the daughter of Papa George and Mama Mary. She can be told from Hello Kitty by the fact that she wears a yellow bow on her left ear while Hello Kitty wears a red bow on her right ear.
